Financial Analyst Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a financial analyst trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a strong foundation in finance and accounting who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree or be in their final year of studies. They should possess strong analytical skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and familiarity with ERP/accounting software. A willingness to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting is also essential.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations by providing support to the finance team.
- Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows and gain exposure to digital procurement and interoperability solutions.
- B.Com degree (completed or in final year).
- Strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance.
- Basic skills in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus.
- Eager to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
