Job Title: Senior Architect

  • Lead end-to-end design process for commercial, industrial and institutional building projects.
  • Prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, 3D models and technical documentation.
  • Independently handle project planning, client interactions and consultant coordination.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure designs meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors and consultants to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Research and implement innovative materials, design trends and sustainable architecture practices.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Architecture and brings 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering projects independently from concept to execution. This role requires a professional who thrives in multi-domain projects, demonstrates creative problem-solving and has a keen eye for functional and aesthetic design.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably across commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory approvals and construction practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
