Job Title

We are seeking a talented Building Design Expert with strong expertise in design presentations, 3D visualization, and detailed construction drawings.

The ideal candidate will be able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD and communicate effectively with necessary stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
  • Ai knowledge & tools:
  • Generative Design & Conceptualization: ArchiChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
  • Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
