We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with potential clients, and possess a strong understanding of sales principles.

The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching our services, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. A successful candidate will be goal-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch our services and explain the benefits of our digital marketing solutions.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure maximum conversions and repeat business.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets while collaborating with the sales team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or telesales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle client objections confidently.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude, with basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
