Job Summary

This position involves leading the quality engineering efforts for the data engineering team, focusing on developing robust test strategies and automated frameworks to validate the scalability, reliability, and performance of data systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end automated testing frameworks for data lakes, warehouses, and ETL pipelines.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing, for big data systems.
  • Define and implement data quality checks, data validation processes, and monitoring pipelines to ensure system reliability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development or testing.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and others.
  • Familiarity with ETL testing tools, big data platforms, and cloud services.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
