Senior Financial Operations Manager

The Senior Financial Operations Manager oversees the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory and corporate policies. This role is critical for driving business growth by providing strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Book Closure
    • Manage timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures to ensure seamless financial data flow.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards to drive informed decision-making.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledgers to mitigate financial risks.
  • Audit Management
    • Lead statutory and internal audits, coordinating with external auditors, internal auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and monitor corrective actions arising from audit findings to drive process improvements.
  • Compliance & Regulatory
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other local laws to minimize financial liabilities.
    • Prepare and file required financial documents, returns, and reports with regulatory bodies to maintain a positive reputation.
