Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Procurement Leadership to spearhead our procurement team, driving the development and implementation of strategic procurement policies and procedures that ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Forecast market trends to identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups and price hedging.
  • Streamline procurement processes across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Prepare and publish detailed performance reports on procurement activities, metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • BE Civil degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 8-12 years of experience in procurement leadership.
