Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns for partnerships.

  • Prepare and review U.S. tax returns for partnerships (PE/HF/FOF).
  • Conduct independent tax research.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication and delivery of services.

Responsibilities also include overseeing tax processes by coordinating daily interactions, reviewing engagement work product, driving service delivery, and developing internal team members. You will demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, manage others, and meet deadlines while exhibiting exceptional client relationship management and client service skills.

To be successful in this position, you will need 6-8 years of experience in partnership taxation. Qualifications include CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM, B.com, or BBA. Knowledge of a broad range of US income tax laws is essential. You must develop and train new and experienced staff, exercise initiative and sound judgment, and be responsive to clients.

You should have strong writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expertise in tax research software (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint, Intelliconnect) is required.
