We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Specialist.

About the Role
  • This role will involve handling tax matters with regard to preparation of submissions, replies to notices, appeals etc., meeting with tax authorities and representing clients during appeals.
  • You will assist clients in responding to departmental enquiries, investigations and audits.
  • Preparation of replies to Show cause notices/audit replies and meeting with tax officers for hearings.
  • Preparation of tax appeals to be filed at the Joint Commissioner (Appeals) and Court (i.e. Tribunal, High Court / Supreme Court).
  • Assisting seniors for representation before various judicial forums.
  • Conducting comprehensive research on various topics related to taxation.
Skill Requirements
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical and researching skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented individual.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Law Graduate from a known Law School with a strong academic track record.
  • 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax would be preferred i.e. GST, Customs, etc.
