Key Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Developing technical solutions leveraging Spring Framework and REST Architecture
  • Ensuring overall quality and fit of technical solutions
  • Overseeing project progress to ensure consistency with initial design and deadlines
  • Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

Required Skills

  • Expertise in system design and architecture with ability to develop high-level designs
  • Proven experience in establishing coding standards and best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills and technical leadership abilities
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security

Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, specifically in technical architecture
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure domain with focus on technical architecture and cloud-oriented solutions
  • Proven experience managing or working with JAVA and React JS frameworks
  • Strong experience in API architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and DevOps practices using tools like Terraform
  • Experience in analyzing new requirements, designing technical architecture, and implementing effective solutions
