IT Leadership Role

This senior IT leadership position oversees the entire IT infrastructure, encompassing setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols.

Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and managing company-wide IT infrastructure for optimal uptime, scalability, and performance. This entails leading and executing complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in related field.
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred).

: Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments. Hands-on experience with networking tools and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration. Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems. Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and backup solutions.
