Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form and register businesses in the USA, including LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.
  • Handle federal registrations, such as EINs, IRS filings, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Manage state-specific registrations for sales tax, withholding tax, unemployment insurance, and workers' compensation.
  • Coordinate payroll registrations and compliance across multiple states for US-based companies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of registrations, renewals, and compliance activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in managing US federal, state, and local compliance and business registrations.
