A challenging opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic international architecture design firm in Mumbai.

Job Description

The role of Architect II involves collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants on large-scale integrated design projects across various sectors.

This will provide the opportunity to work on complex projects, manage documentation and coordination, and develop aesthetic and technical designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BArch or MArch (Master's preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience is highly valued)
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is essential
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries
Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate as a team member in the development of aesthetic and technical designs and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents
  2. Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites
  3. Collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager
  4. Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews
  5. Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers
  6. Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships
  7. Ensure adherence to internal project standards, production quality, and deadlines
Requirements
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus
  • Should be currently based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate
