Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, client/site coordination, and preparing basic working drawings for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.

The selected individual will assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces. They will also prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings, while coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.

The Architectural Designer will participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits, ensuring compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements. They will support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings, working closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
