As a Business Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the business by identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks in our Private Bank. You will develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing controls
  • Designing and testing key procedures
  • Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
  • Registering risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports


What we're looking for:
  • A 2:1 degree from a top university or equivalent qualification
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly assume responsibilities
