Financial Services Risk Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the internal audit team in conducting risk-based audits across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough onsite and offsite audits, assessing processes, risks, and controls to drive improvements.
- Document detailed audit findings and maintain high-quality audit paperwork.
- Independently discuss and conclude audit findings with stakeholders.
- Deliver timely, high-quality audit reports that meet industry standards.
- Follow up on recommendations with stakeholders and monitor compliance for effective closure.
- Professionally qualified CA, CIA, MBA Finance, or MCOM.
- Experience in internal audit or risk control practices.
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, strong communication, and efficient data handling skills.
- High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude with good presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills.
