Cloud HCM Technical SME Position

The role of Cloud HCM Technical SME requires an individual with broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Production support project experience - understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules).
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding, Learning).
  • Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal and ability to comfortably engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
