Cloud HCM Architect Role

We seek a highly experienced and self-motivated Functional Architect to play a strategic role in ensuring the successful implementation of HCM Cloud projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules, exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite, and experience working as a functional lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues during test cycles, building POCs during the sales cycle, and enhancing existing tools & accelerators. They should also have exposure to ODA in a functional capacity.

  • Resolve implementation project issues
  • Build sales cycle POCs
  • Enhance existing tools & accelerators
  • Identify and resolve test cycle issues
  • Be a subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules
  • Have experience working as a functional lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules
  • Exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite
  • Experience working as a functional lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies
  • Exposure to ODA in a functional capacity
