Job Title: HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end HCM implementation/updating/modification processes for all HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementations and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of HCM modules as needed, adhering to business requirements and best practices.
  • Training, Testing, & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials and user guides, plan pilots, conduct testing, and provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM: In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in system configuration, customization, and integration.
