Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will support in planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance overall visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, etc.)
  • Optimize website structure, site speed, and technical SEO (XML sitemaps, schema markup)
  • Execute off-page SEO activities including backlink strategies, outreach, and guest posting
  • Implement local SEO strategies (Google My Business, citations)
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
  • Generate SEO reports—covering traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-aligned content
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices
  • Troubleshoot indexing, crawl errors, and duplicate content issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience
  • Proven record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
  • Basic knowledge of coding or web development
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or local SEO
