Job Title: Luxury Marketing Leader

">About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and strategic Luxury Marketing Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

">Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase online visibility, drive lead generation, and support brand objectives.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and Pinterest with a focus on ROI and CPL.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives including keyword planning, content optimization, backlink strategy, and performance monitoring.
  • Own the digital marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, seasons, promotions, and events.
">Content Creation:

Plan and oversee content creation for blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social media channels.

  • Build and manage campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo or similar — focused on nurturing leads, re-engaging past clients, and driving referrals.
  • Oversee the brand's organic social presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest), aligning content with campaign goals and voice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creatives (photographers, graphic designers, video editors) to develop luxury-standard assets.
">Analytics & Optimization:

Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms to track campaign performance and user behavior.

  • Report weekly on key KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, leads, ad spend, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve funnel efficiency — from awareness through conversion.
">Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on luxury services, lead generation, or high-ticket items.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a feel for emotional luxury branding.
  • Experience managing creative teams or content production a plus.
  • Confident in using analytics tools and dashboards to drive decisions.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
