Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client accounts and ensure the successful execution of social media, content, and production-driven campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client management, and creative execution, along with the ability to manage a team and deliver impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client goals, translate them into actionable marketing strategies, and manage expectations throughout.
  • Present strategies, reports, and creative ideas with confidence and clarity.
Social Media & Content Marketing
  • Oversee social media management for multiple clients, including content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute content marketing initiatives that align with client brand positioning and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-quality outputs.
Production & UGC
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage UGC shoots and high-end productions (photo, video, and influencer-driven).
  • Ensure production activities align with brand identity, campaign goals, and platform trends.
  • Work with vendors, creators, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10 members across design, content, and account functions.
  • Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and large-scale projects.
  • Exposure to UGC and production planning (experience in coordinating shoots is a plus).
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ people.
  • Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (hands-on is a bonus, but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
