Test Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Test Data Management efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data profiling, PII analysis, and sensitive field analysis methods, as well as experience with enterprise databases like IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

The successful individual will be proficient in integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

This role requires the ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives, with a strong understanding of current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies essential for success.

Candidates with experience in the Australia banking domain, Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX, mainframe job scheduling tools, and hands-on experience working in SQL queries are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective test data management strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize test data sets for improved testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TDM solutions.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of test data profiling, PII analysis, and sensitive field analysis methods.
  • Experience with enterprise databases - IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.
  • Expertise with TDM tools - Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, and DataMasque.
  • Proficiency in integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
