Regulatory Capital Rules Oversight SME Role

We are committed to pushing boundaries and making a real difference in the world. As a Regulatory Capital Rules Oversight SME, you will be involved in developing strategic solutions for business areas with significant customer and colleague impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing technical solutions for regulatory capital and liquidity rules
  • Owning the interpretation of specific parts of the Prudential Rulebook
  • Providing expert advice on regulations and communicating key themes to senior Risk management leaders
  • Managing internal governance for adherence to regulatory requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of current IHC, UK, and EU Regulatory Capital and Liquidity Rules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Delivery-focused individual with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects
Leadership Expectations:
  • Advising key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment
  • Managing and mitigating risks through assessment in support of the control and governance agenda
  • Demonstrating leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls
