As a valued professional, you will be responsible for connecting house owners and tenants/buyers directly. Your primary goal is to assist clients in finding tailored-made options and educating them on Property Investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with potential customers to understand their requirements and persuade them to schedule an appointment
- Meet qualified leads by presenting tailored-made options and guiding clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals and vision for the future
- Educate clients on Property Investment and incentives available to them
- Manage client relationships, assist through decision-making, and follow up communication to foster long-term relationships
- Represent the brand with integrity, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients
- Seek referrals and network to grow your client base
- Conduct surveys to identify competing properties
- Responsible for end-to-end sales progress (generating leads - closure)
Requirements:
- Above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the location/city applied for
- Positive attitude for meetings and sales
- Experience in direct sales is an advantage
- Ability to understand prospect requirements and decent aptitude to pitch property solutions
- High levels of passion and ownership
- Passion for real estate market and hunger for sales
- Any Graduation / MBA degree
