Sales Development Representative

At Futuremug, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential leads and prospects, developing a deep understanding of our products or services, and skillfully engaging potential customers over the phone to convert leads into sales and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales pitches.
  • Continuously review and optimize the sales and admission processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful closures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Plus Two and above.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
