Job Title: Healthcare Career Advisor

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Career Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding students through the process of choosing the right career path and supporting them in achieving their educational and professional goals.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will also have a passion for education and healthcare, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and goal-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
* Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions
* Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course
* Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly
* Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules)
* Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals
* Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp and email
* Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification)
* Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counselling/BPO
* Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
* Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
* Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals
* Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel
* Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus
