Position Overview:

As a Program Advisor, you will contact potential students via phone and email to consult on our programs. Your role is to understand the needs of these individuals and help them make informed decisions about their educational pursuits. We are seeking a talented and competitive advisor who can thrive in a progressive sales environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to career changers on how our world-class education can help launch them into high-growth careers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Offer customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make multiple calls per day.
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
