Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marine Engineering Expert to join our team as a Technical Superintendent. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to oversee the technical management of vessels, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

This role requires a strong background in Ship Management, Maritime operations, and Marine Engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and managing marine engineering tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the crew, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to drive vessel performance. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Management: Oversee the technical aspects of vessel operations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Vessel Performance Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize vessel efficiency and safety.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all vessels under management comply with relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.
  • Crew Coordination: Liaise with ship captains, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Chief Engineer on Tankers.
