We are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Partner to revolutionize our workplace by leveraging innovative solutions and data-driven insights.

This pivotal role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a superior and engaging work environment, driving impactful changes and fostering a thriving workplace.

The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of expertise in employee experience design and data analytics, with the ability to deliver personalized and strategic solutions that address specific employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Experience Design: Utilize design thinking methodologies to map employee journeys and identify experience de-railers across the employee lifecycle.
  • Data Insights and Analysis: Leverage employee listening tools to extract and analyze data insights, drawing actionable conclusions from employee feedback and survey results.
  • Custom Survey Design: Partner with business units to identify specific listening needs and tailor survey design accordingly.
  • Action Plan Development and Implementation: Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic action plans based on employee feedback and insights.

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: MBA in Human Resources with 3-5 years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR business partnering, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated Success: Proven track record of driving action plans to completion, demonstrating accountability and results-oriented focus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence and connect with all stakeholders, proactive approach, keen eye for process improvements, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in driving initiatives to success.
