Teaching Faculty for B.Ed Program

We are seeking qualified and passionate educators to teach and mentor students in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to shaping future educators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
  • Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment.
  • Support institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks (mandatory).
  • NET/Ph.D. in Education preferred (as per UGC/NCTE norms).
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputed institution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology.
