Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our project team as a Project Coordinator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and execution.

  1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  2. Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking through effective data management and analysis.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  4. Participate in project meetings and take minutes to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  5. Help identify and resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  6. Maintain project files and records in an organized manner for easy reference and retrieval.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers welcome).
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project workflows and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
