Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital advertising specialist to collaborate with local businesses and enhance their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy to optimize campaign performance.
  • Regularly analyze and refine campaign strategies to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with clients to track conversion metrics and integrate analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven understanding of general marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and client management.

Familiarity with Tools:

  • Google Ads.
  • Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Google Tag Manager.
  • Google Business Profile.
  • Task management software such as ClickUp.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok Ads.
  • Background working with local businesses or home services.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Meetings will be held twice a week at 9am Seattle time. After the probation period, you'll qualify for paid vacation and sick leave. The salary for this role is $1500 USD per month for 40 hours of work per week.
