About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at IBOSS TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) policy and objectives
  • Build awareness of information security across the organization
  • Establish information security roles and responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of ISMS across the organization
  • Schedule and conduct periodic internal ISMS audits and present reports
  • Coordinate and conduct management reviews of the ISMS
  • Decide on the criteria for accepting risks and acceptable levels of risk
  • Ensure overall reporting, analysis, and evaluation of security-related events and breaches within the organization
  • Obtain a disaster recovery preparedness assessment from the DR Manager periodically
  • Coordinate with external agencies, such as certification bodies, security consultants, and security forums
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Contact authorities and special interest groups
  • Review risk assessments
  • Ensure internal ISMS audits at planned intervals
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of ISMS
  • Define and specify the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, process, and product stability via SPC and reliability of company products
  • Review all development and quality plans for completeness
  • Participate as an inspection moderator in design and code inspections
  • Review all test plans for adherence to standards
  • Review a significant sample of all test results to determine adherence to plan
  • Worked for ISMS and software processes maturity models like CMMI and ISO 27001:2013
  • Knowledge of auditing and reviews for process development
  • Worked with Quality Control in Software Development
  • Worked with assessment and certification processes for CMMI
  • Participate in and lead various projects relating to compliance and regulatory initiatives
  • Complete and report the annual self-assessment, preparing for periodic external quality assurance reviews in accordance with professional standards

Desirable Skills

Certifications in Cyber Analysis, Cyber Security, and Cyber Forensics

A flexible approach to problem-solving, being an adept negotiator, and being effective in troubleshooting problems, issues, and/or conflicts

Proven ability to establish collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple projects, and tasks, and have great attention to detail

The ideal candidate is highly ethical, flexible, action-oriented, and goal-oriented
