About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at IBOSS TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective information security strategies to protect our company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust information security management system (ISMS) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for information security, including access control, incident response, and disaster recovery.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with information security requirements and regulations.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of our ISMS and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies and recommend changes to our ISMS as needed.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in information security, with a focus on ISMS implementation and management.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards, including ISO 27001.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.

• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Certification in information security, such as CISSP or CISM, is highly desirable.
