About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to lead our cybersecurity efforts at SMC Global Securities Ltd. As the CISO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that ensures the protection of our information assets and technologies.
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect our organization against cybersecurity threats and risks.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, and develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security and privacy.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including containment, investigation, and recovery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- A relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Chief Information Security Officer or Director of Information Security.
