Role Profile: Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our HR Operations function as a Process Specialist. This dynamic role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, document verification, HRMS, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support for all entities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HRMS functionalities, including change management, timesheet and leave data preparation, and HRMS helpdesk management.
  • Input payroll data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and manage employee referrals and bonus sheets.
  • Update group organization charts monthly, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and dashboards to management.
  • Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
  • Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring efficient processes.

Requirements:

• MBA in HR or Finance

• 3+ Years of experience

• Proficiency in Excel & Power Point Presentation

Location / Hours:
• Noida.
• Shift timings:13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 -20:00 on a [weekly rotating basis].
