Chief Risk Governance Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to drive business growth and mitigate potential threats. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems to identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies;
- Designing and implementing an integrated risk reporting framework to enable focused attention on critical risks;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and assess key risks and develop recommendations for mitigation and improvement;
- Preparing and presenting regular risk reports to senior management and the Board;
- Staying up-to-date with emerging risk trends and regulatory requirements.
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in risk management or a related field; preferably with a degree in finance, management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks is essential. Additionally, certification in FRM, CFA, or CBCP is desirable.
