Job Description:

This is a highly rewarding role for an experienced automation professional seeking to drive business growth and optimization. As an Automation Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms used in enterprise settings, as well as a proven track record in leading small to medium-sized projects. You will collaborate with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities, design scalable automation solutions, and train and enable citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions.

You will stay current with emerging technologies, assess their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives, and support large-scale automation projects. Your expertise will ensure all automation solutions are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365
  • Collaborating with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities
  • Training and enabling citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Supporting large-scale automation projects and contributing to solution architecture
