The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all interactions. This includes managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to various departments.
This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a clean and organized reception area, handle visitor logs and passes, and direct queries to relevant departments.
Responsibilities will include answering and screening phone calls, providing basic information about the company to callers, and directing queries to the appropriate departments. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating meetings and appointments, assisting in scheduling events, and supporting HR and admin teams with clerical tasks.
Key qualifications for this role include a graduate degree in any field, proven experience as a receptionist or similar role, and proficiency in MS Office applications. The successful candidate will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a positive attitude and professional appearance.
