Job Summary:
As a Relationship Growth Manager at Mintskill HR Solutions LLP, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and deepening Super HNI Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management. Your focus will be on analyzing and satisfying Super HNI Customers' financial as well as investment needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets by building and deepening relationships with existing Wealth Customers.
- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
- Manage key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics, and psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.
- Manage customer transitions with utmost sensitivity.
- Awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
- Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Report any suspicious transactions to the supervising officer.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/Insurance.
- Experience in managing Client Book.
