Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development with strong knowledge of the framework and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Sinatra, microservices-based architectures, Kafka, ZooKeeper, Thrift, SOLR, and AWS services.
  • Proven track record of working with security practices, including bot mitigation using Cloudflare or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Datadog and proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in agile development environments.
