Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative scripts and ad concepts in collaboration with our video editor, specifically for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. They will conduct competitor analysis to identify winning creative strategies and adapt them to fit Berado's unique brand. Additionally, they will source, contact, and collaborate with creators and influencers to generate high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience with a large e-commerce brand
- Expertise in direct response marketing
- Strong copywriting skills
- Bonus: Experience creating Video Sales Letters (VSLs)
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm GMT+8)
- $1,500/month starting salary + bonuses
- 3 vacation and 3 sick leaves after the first 6 months
- 13th-month pay and cash equivalent for unused leaves after 6 months
With strong results, there's plenty of room to grow. We're looking for someone to scale our paid advertising and organic strategies, potentially stepping into a Head of Content role or leading Performance Marketing across all European stores.
