Software Development Leader

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver cloud-native microservices and APIs to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions and improve existing processes.

Requirements
  • 11-13 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud computing, data engineering, and middleware development.
  • Expertise in building streaming, batch, and event-driven architectures and data pipelines using technologies such as Databricks, Kafka, and Spark.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development principles and patterns, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and be influenced by others.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems, API gateways, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
