HR Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive our people strategy and lead a team of passionate professionals.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies
  • Lead performance management systems, including KRA and incentive programs
  • Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance processes
  • Design training programs and shape company culture
  • Be a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people-related matters

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR experience, at least 2 years leading an HR Department, and proficiency in English and Hindi. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and believe in the importance of systems and people.
