Lead HR Business Partner

Our organization is evolving, and we're looking for a forward-thinking professional to help drive our people strategy.

  • Partner with senior leadership to align human resource initiatives with business objectives.
  • Design and implement employee-centric programs that enhance engagement, retention, and culture.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive human resources experience with a strong background in HR business partnering at executive level.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics.

Additionally, familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Bamboo HR, or SuccessFactors is an asset.

Responsibilities

Leads the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional experiences from onboarding to alumni relations.

  • Develops and implements scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Drives performance management with modern, outcome-driven systems that encourage ownership and recognition.
  • Champions inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to influence organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and impact.

Utilizes data-driven insights to measure HR program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
