Key Leadership Position: Senior ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the development of next-generation power products.This role requires a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise in the power management space within the semiconductor industry, and exceptional leadership abilities.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define and Drive Product Roadmaps: Develop strategic product roadmaps for power products, including MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide expert technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Market Requirements to Product Specifications: Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications that meet customer needs.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product definers and engineers to achieve shared goals.
  • Collaboration and Market Success: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success and growth.
Requirements:
  • Power Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience in power management, including product definition, with a strong understanding of power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge.
  • FEA Tools and Programming Skills: Experience using FEA tools for thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations, as well as proficiency with SIMPLIS, C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools.
  • Industry Standards: Understanding of AECQ, IATF, and ISO26262 standards is essential for this role.
