**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and leadership. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management, preferably from a Tier I institute. They will also have at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, with knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

In addition, they will be a tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The Design Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing designing of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month;
  • Helping partners in sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output;
  • Training designers to achieve predictable sales and design output;
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management;
  • Collaborating with Category teams and cross-functional teams to help in gathering market feedback;
  • Manage the design and site delivery team and their performance of delegated responsibilities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management, preferably from a Tier I institute;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry;
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs;
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives;
