Experienced Export Shipment Manager Wanted

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Do you have a proven track record of delivering export shipments on time and within budget?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end export shipment processes, ensuring seamless coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure accurate and compliant documentation, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Monitor shipment milestones, addressing any issues or delays proactively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize routing and cost efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and submit reports to stakeholders, providing insights into shipment performance and areas for improvement.
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members, mentoring them in export shipment management best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; SCM background preferred.
  • Minimum 9 years of work experience in operational roles within the logistics industry.
  • Proven expertise in MS Excel and Power BI, with ability to analyze data and identify trends.
