The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Cloud and experience in leading and managing DevOps teams and practices. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, managing CI/CD processes, ensuring smooth containerized deployments, and establishing security best practices within Azure.

We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risk and identify critical dependencies. The successful candidate will have deep hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native development on Azure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights.
  • Establish security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance within Azure.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
